Mandy is the Chief Legal Officer at Cordell & Co Solicitors. Many has significant experience working in personal injury, general litigation and commercial roles and she currently leads the legal direction of the firm.

Julie is the Practice Manager at Cordell & Co Solicitors. Her role involves the financial management, including solicitors accounts rules compliance, and human resource functions at the firm. She has extensive experience in the legal industry internationally and is integral in the ongoing modernisation and development of the firm.

Stiven is the Head of Operations at Cordell & Co Solicitors. He also carries out work as an Associate alongside this. Stiven is responsible for the operational management of the firm and helps manage the development of workflows and maintenance of processes and systems.

Andy is an experience solicitor who has developed through Cordell & Co, he has significant experience in litigation and works on our catastrophic injury cases. Alongside his legal work Andy is a committed musician and he continues to perform and teach music.

Yvonne is a Solicitor at Cordell & Co Solicitors. She assists in dealing with a wide variety of claims from Fast Track, Intermediate Track and to Multi Track.

Finn is a trainee solicitor at Cordell. He has extensive experience in dealing with high value matters leading up to trial. He utilises his experience by ensuring compliance with the court process on matters he has conduct of.

Megan is a Trainee Solicitor at Cordell & Co Solicitors. She assists in dealing with a wide variety of claims from Fast Track, Intermediate Track and to Multi Track.

Lauren manages the team that deal with cases where liability is denied at the outset. She has expertly reviewed thousands of personal injury matters and uses this experience when analysing any new matters.

Hannah is the Head of Liability at Cordell & Co. She has an background in medical administration and an formal educational background in Law and Criminology.  She uses this professional and educational experience to better understand our client’s matters and the issues that they may be dealing with and deal with them in a pragmatic and empathetic manner.

Will is a Paralegal at Cordell & Co Solicitors. He assists in dealing with a wide variety of claims from Fast Track, Intermediate Track and to Multi Track.

Kaia joined the firm in 2025 as a Paralegal. She deals with matters which are approaching limitation and are time sensitive. She prides herself in maintaining her client centric approach to all matters whilst also dealing with extremely time sensitive issues that have to be overcome.

Georgia joined the firm in 2025 as a Paralegal working in our denials department. She has a track record of dealing with complex legal pre-issue denials of liability and has experience dealing with occupiers liability matters in particular.

Lucy guides our clients through the medical report stage of our matters. She has the ability to assess the quality of a wide variety of special damage claims and can advise on the evidence required to prove these losses.

Joe joined the firm in 2025 as a Paralegal working in our liability department. He has an excellent track record of dealing with complex legal pre-issue matters.

Sama is a paralegal at Cordell & Co Solicitors. She assists in dealing with a wide variety of claims pre-issue from Fast Track, Intermediate Track and to Multi Track.

Lucy is a Paralegal at Cordell & Co Solicitors. She works in the Risk Assessment department assessing matters to see if we can act on the case.

Tasnim is a Paralegal at Cordell & Co Solicitors. She works in the Risk Assessment department assessing matters to see if we can act on the case.

Soheila is an Accounts Assistant at Cordell & Co Solicitors. She assists the accounts team in their duties.

Thomas is a Paralegal at Cordell & Co Solicitors. He assists Stiven Ramai in his duties and works on a variety of claims from Fast Track to Multi Track.

Dan provides administrative support to the paralegals and fee earners. His operational knowledge of the firm and its requirements help the day to day running of the firm.

Eleanor is a Paralegal at Cordell & Co Solicitors. He assists Andy Duerden in his duties and works on a variety of claims from Fast Track to Multi Track.
